Application:
Industrial grade used for electroplating complexing agents, water quality stabilizers, color stabilizers for printing and dyeing industries, steel surface treatment agents, etc; Food grade is used as an acidity regulator, taste enhancer, nutritional supplement, or chelating agent in food. Commonly used to mask bitterness and astringency in food, or in combination with salt to produce low sodium/sodium free foods, it can also be further processed and converted into gluconolactone. Pharmaceutical grade use for regulating human electrolyte balance, preparing specific drug salts (such as ferrous gluconate, zinc gluconate, copper gluconate and other blood or zinc supplements), or as medical grade chelating/buffering ingredients
